Getting Foreclosure Cleaning Business From The Industry Work Providers And Getting Them To Call You!

Making Contacts with Lending Institutions, Master Contractors and Real Estate Agents

The most important step in setting up your foreclosure cleaning business is finding the contacts.

You may have relatives that work for banks or lending institutions; you may have already established business relationships with real estate agents in your area.

Or, you might just have a feeling for what is a good business decision. A person who keeps well-informed in the business world can pick up and ride the crest of worldwide trends.

It is no secret that the latest enormous trend has been the rise of the forclosure crisis. AND if you want to make a lot of money in a down economy, working in the forclosure cleaning industry is one of the best ways to prosper.

This crisis is not going away for many years to come and hence opens a very large window of opportunity to make a lot of money and establish a strong business that will prosper now and even when the economy does happen to turn around a long time down the road from now.

A good way to start making contacts with the companies responsible for assigning foreclosures to be cleaned is to start making contacts within the larger banking institutions and asking them to point you in right direction.

An easy way to do this is to look them up online and make a phone call and ask who their asset managers are who handle all of their bank owned inventory.

Sometimes these asset managers can help you find opportunities within their own circle of influence.

The Internet is another place to find contacts for Master contracting companies. Be careful when contacting these companies as they only want to hear from qualified companies who understand the business fully. Most times, you only get one chance to make the correct first impression.

Another way to establish contacts is through the Chambers of Commerce of every city you are aiming for.

Start small – don’t tackle the world. Where do you want to provide property preservation and trashout services?

A lot of real estate agents attend Chamber meetings. Make sure to ask them if thay handle any bank owned properies.?

You will want to find the agents who handle bank owned properties. These are the agents that can help you get work. Sometimes real estate agents can help you locate these special agents who handle the bank owned homes.

Then prepare a solid marketing campaign that is industry specific to target your contacts.

The easiest way to market to these contacts is to call them on the phone or go visit them in person and ask for an appointment. Another good way is to send out an email campaign. These are all very easy techniques once you get a few good calls and contacts under your belt.

It’s well worth the time that it will take for you to do this. You will make a lot of money if you do this right.

To every possible contact, write an email or make a phone call introducing your company, requesting the names and addresses of appropriate firms or people to contact.

From the names you get back, write another email or make another call, again introducing yourself, and asking information about their company and how to get invloved with providing your property preservation/trashout services for them.

Request any information you need, to find out who the right person to speak with is and how you might get registered with their company to provide services.

How The Trashout Business Really Works

How The TrashOut Business Really Works

Of all the business opportunities in the United States, only a small percentage fall within the “Recession-Proof” category.

Most of the businesses that do fall into the recession proof category all seem to require a large upfront investment or highly specialized training (Grocery stores, tax preparation etc). On the other hand, the property preservation/trashout business doesn’t require either.

Although it seems obvious that the trashout business is a no brainer, with the low up front investment and the amazing opportunity to make tons of money with all of the record breaking numbers of foreclosures.

Most people including many who are already in the property preservation/trashout business are missing out on a very large amount of extra profits that could be capitalized on if they only knew what to look for.

The trick is to be one of the few property preservation /trashout companies that truly understand how this business works. One that knows how to find the “Hidden” extra profit opportunities.

This is where you come in.

The lending institutions and master contractors responsible for assigning all of the foreclosures to be cleaned want more qualified companies who understand how to do business with them.

These companies want to pay you to find those “Hidden” profit opportunities because those services will allow them to sell the house more quickly because the house will be more prepared and in better shape.

As a qualified property preservation/trashout company owner, you stand to make much more money than even the veterans in the industry because you know how to easily find the hidden profits that they have been too “lazy” to look for.
You need to find these lending institutions and master contractors, make a solid connection, and establish a business relationship with these companies.

The profit margin on avg per foreclosure is generally about five hundred dollars or more. Now, think of cleaning just 2 foreclosures per day, or how about 5?

The market is unlimited and there are many companies with thousands and thousands of foreclosures that need to be cleaned looking for qualified trashout company owners.

And you’ll find that once you prove to these companies that you know the trashout business, they will send you work like wild fire!

Why you should start a property preservation/ trashout business?

What is a good way to build up a successful business from nothing and have fun doing it?

The property preservation/trashout business may be your answer.

Not only does it require little financial investment to start compared to other businesses, but it offers the prestige of owning your own business that will succeed no matter what the state of the economy looks like.

You don’t need previous experience in the field, but you should have a good head for organizing. Fulfilling a successful property preservation/trashout business requires constant attention to little details.

Do you know some local people looking for ways to bring in extra income?

Or have you been thinking about different ideas on what type of business you would like to start?

If you have an ability to pay attention to detail, and can follow simple directions, the property preservation/trashout business might be right for you. All you need is the desire and determination to make it work.

As you progress in the business, many factors become obvious and easy to handle.

For example, you’ll need to find good people or good subcontrators who will work with you. And you’ll need to create solid contacts and strong relationships with reliable Master Contrators, REO Agents and Lending Institutions who provide all of the work.

But after a short time, you can be well on your way to making a sizeable income – with a very low overhead.

Do you like the idea of running your own business? How would you like to take advantage of numerous tax deductions that come along with owning your own business? OR, being able to pick up and take vacations when you like? The advantages of an property preservation/trashout business are great.
