Hello Anthony, great idea and video…Thank you for being so supported and open to helping others. You will be blessed for sure. I like the video idea, but inaddition to the video I would like to see attached notes such as storeing the personal items. What did you charge to store, where did you store them, is there a fee taking the items to storage. I would like to also see a list of items that the vendor deemed personal.

Anthony, I really enjoy the information that you provide; however, I still do not know how to begin to charge a client for the trashout. I don’t want to underbid or overbid. Do you charge by the square feet of the property? Or do you charge per square foot? This is a great opportunity for me an my family. One more question, do you have any insurance companies that are reasonable in coverage and exactly what insurance coverage will I need?

Hello Anthony, I do enjoy reading, and watching your training emails, but what I really would like to learn is how to contact YOU, personally, so that I can start working now. I’ve cleaned, or as you would say, I’ve trashed out a few houses in the past, but after I had my last child, I have not been able to contact my old boss Dave to get back to work. who do I contact to be put on the list? thx.

I am interested in this business as we already have a cleaning services and have cleaned up houses that were goverment drug seized to prep for auction. There are a ton of foreclosures in our area so I am trying to learn as much as possible about this business.
