I liked your video Anthony. It gave me little idea of what it is all about. I have done work like this awhile back through a temporary agency such as labor ready or manpower. A house that size would probably take all day to clean up. I would definitely need a small truck and a place to dump it. You sound like a good guy and i am interested. Take care, Greg

My friend and I want to start the trashout business right away, and look forward to your webinar tonight!
I am living on an SSI Check that gets smaller every month it seems.
My friend has been unemployed for a really long time, and the Unemployment checks stopped 4 months ago.
What better time to start our own business?

We are trying to get enough money between us to get your course as it seems like it will answer all our questions, as well as empower us to help ourselves, and help others in the process.

I loved the video…. but have a few questions. You mentioned that you had to store the personal property for 30 days. Do you go and rent a storage place or does the bank have one? How do the people who own the personal property get in touch with you? Or do they contact the bank? If they do not claim the property what do you do with it? Also is the rent of the storage unit a part of the invoice that we send to the bank or master contractor? Is this visit a followup visit? Is this something that you do for all the properties? How often do you visit the property?

We too would like to see the first video. We’re seriously considering ordering your course, but as with so many people now, our funds are tight. Bill is in car sales and I’m on S.S. disability. We are also in the “over 50″ crowd and wonder if we’re physically able to do much of the work. We’d probably have to sub out parts of it. We can’t afford for Bill to quit his job until we see if we’ll be able to make this work financially and his hours are quite long (60 plus hours a week). We’d really like to be in our own business but we’d like your advice and reassurance as to wheather you think we could make this work for us; given our age and income (and time) restrictions. Anthony, I really enjoy the information that you provide; however, I still do not know how to begin to charge a client for the trashout. I don’t want to underbid or overbid. Do you charge by the square feet of the property? Or do you charge per square foot? This is a great opportunity for me an my family. One more question, do you have any insurance companies that are reasonable in coverage and exactly what insurance coverage will I need?

What did you charge to store, where did you store them, is there a fee taking the items to storage. I would like to also see a list of items that the vendor deemed personal.
