Dear Loyal Reader,
Do you sometimes find yourself wondering what the future of the real estate market truly has to offer? If you are a lot like me, you are constantly thinking about it and the number of foreclosures that will soon flood the market once again.
It’s times like these that I am so thankful that I’m part of the trashout business. I know it may sound bad to some, but in business… one person’s misfortune is another’s fortune.
Opportuntity rears it big head the most in a down economy. Foreclosure cleaning trashout companies stand to continue to profit heavily for years to come!

Anthony,
The videos are a real visual of a very distressed economy. I am definitely considering getting into this business and capitalizing on this opportunity. It’s really depressing to see so many people losing their livelihoods because of poor or uniformed decisions. The flip side to all of this is that there is a lucrative opportunity in the trashout business. Thanks for the information.

Jimmy,
Thanks for the comment. I agree that it is sad to see people losing homes due to foreclosure, and a lot of the cause now is due to unemployment issues. However, it feels really good to provide as many jobs as we do in the trashout business for people who would possibly lose their homes otherwise.

This video is informative and contains sad statistics but realistic. It is interesting to see what is going on with foreclosures in other areas. Our country is now facing the consequences of buying homes that they could not afford.
well its true
How good would this business be around Des Moines and Ames Iowa? Before I invest a lot of money I want to be sure there is plenty of work around my local.
Also…I am a high school shop teacher (built my own house) and so I am familiar with construction. I am contracted to teach until June of 2010 so can I still teach until that time as I grow this business? I would like to get out of teaching by June of this next year. Is that possible?
Does my background in construction help?
Rick,
Thanks for the comment. The easiest way to get an idea of the number of foreclosures in your area is to do a internet search. I can tell you that the effect of the economy is not discriminating whe nit comes to the foreclosure cleaning business. EVERY area of the country is being hit and soon to be hit much harder.
Although experience is not absolutely necessary to succeed in the forclosure cleaning trashout business, it doesnt hurt at all either.
If you set your foreclosure cleaning trashout business up correctly, you could have others doing the work for you while you get your game plan strait.
Keep focused and I’m confident you’ll reach your goals.

Hi Anthony,
All I have to say is WOW. I was lookng at a similar product offered up by a competitor of yours, and I sent her an email asking what their return/refund policy was. Here was her response:
“happy u r planning to return someone else’s product and that you are NOT one of our customers.
PPPPLLLLEEEAAAASE DON’T BUY OUR PRODUCT!!! WE DON’T LIKE CUSTOMERS
WHO HAVE A PREMEDITATION FOR THEFT”
Nice Huh? I will definitely not be buying from these folks!!!! Thanks Anthony for being an honest business person and having a valid refund policy for those who feel the program is not their cup o tea!!! Much more success to you!
Brenda,
Thanks for the comment and kind words regarding our foreclosure cleaning trashout program.
I am 100% confident in our program which is why I have a guarantee in place for it.
The only thing I cannot guarantee is that one will implement what is taught, which could be the only reason why it may be a challenge for some.
The key is to be coachable and implement the plan.
Thanks again Brenda, and I am looking very forward to seeing you succeeed by leaps and bounds.

Bill,
A little experience never hurts. I have seen this happen before in the foreclosure cleaning business (Trashouts) and really it is best to go out on your own if you can.
All you need is the right direction to get into the trashout business on your own terms.
We look forward to having you join us!
