On a recent trip to Los Angeles, My wife and I had the opportunity to take an extraordinary tour of the city with one of my “Elite” coaching students.
This was a truly amazing experience and just another example of what fun things can come by being successful in the trashout business.
See if you can spot the Playboy Mansion (hint: white tents in the backyard), the Cirque du soleil tents on the beach, and the same observatory that was used in the movie Transformers.
If you look close, you’ll also see the Spelling Mansion, it is going to be the only house that will hold 122 rooms!

Good video Anthony.Would of liked to have known if that’s all that needed to be done exactly.Just debris removal or anything else at all?And maybe how you would of calculated the cubic yards and price?Guess it will all come together in time.
What about the wood flooring, would that be disposed of as well or would you leave that in the garage?

Hi Anthony – I like the before & after videos of the property. It helps me to “see” what the undertaking would be like. If there are items that need to be stored, where do you store them? Storage buildings then & include in your price? What do you do with the stuff after 30 days? Throw it out, sell it? And if sold what to do with the proceeds?
