I have been a Full-Time Real Estate Investor for 16 years and have done extremely well investing in the Real Estate Industry (I have been written up in several publications). Unfortunately, when the Real Estate Market Collapsed,I got wiped out! At the same time,I had a Motorcycle accident. But now, with the Specific instructions in Anthony’s Course Material on "how to talk the Trashout Industry Language" to prospective clients with the Industry guidelines. And "Your information on how to make a Good Resume" and know the industry guidelines, has allowed me to market myself to Realtors and Contractors, who I did NOT even know,(Not even any of my Contacts). As a result of this, this weekend August 7th, I have been assigned Eight (that's right 8 Properties) this weekend to go out and put in "Bids" on Properties for the "Whole Enchilada"! If I win the Bid, that means go out Inspect, secure the Property if it’s vacant and Maintain it until it’s sold! I received Anthony’s Study Materials on Tuesday, today is Friday! If I do this trash-out cleaning business, and use it as a means to get first hand knowlege ... of the condition of foreclosures properties, to support a rehab business . In other words, (hand picking prospects)... Would that be considered insider information and leave me wide open to criminal prosecution ? . I do not wish to be in a situation that is considered unlawfull . The trash- out cleaning business sounds like an awsome way to break into the area that I want to be in .
